Area Design Maria worked with 1100 Architect, Polshek and Partners Architect, and Gensler and Associates.

We strive for clarity of thought, simplicity in execution,
and a smooth sequential flow of space enhanced by the use of sumptuous lighting, materials, and color. A successful design
relies on the collaboration of the client, the design team, and the craftsmen. We aim to create a seamless dialogue amongst
the team members. Our work includes exterior and interior construction as well as the selection of interior finishes and furniture.
